The VP of Operations ensures compliance with regulatory and agency standards, quality assurance, statistical data collection and appropriate reporting, as required. Candidates are required to have experience in supervisory/administrative capacity, particularly in the domestic and/or sexual violence field, experience in building diverse teams and effective communication skills.
